Experience
Ronald (Ron) specializes in litigation support for attorneys with complex litigation and family law matters.
He has been involved in a wide variety of litigation matters, including appointments as the accountant for the trustee in the Queen Mary bankruptcy case, and as an Independent Accountant appointed by the parties to major financial accounting disputes.
Ron has testified as an expert witness concerning various accounting and financial matters throughout his career. His experience includes testifying in connection with business litigation matters, technical accounting issues, and the results of investigative accounting procedures. He has testified in Federal Bankruptcy Court; Federal District Court; Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura County Superior Courts; and in various mediation and arbitration procedures. He has performed investigative accounting procedures for the State Bar of California, and acted as special accountant and mediator in various business accounting disputes.
Fine food and wine, river rafting, theater, and ballet are passions of Ron’s. He is a frequent speaker on food and wine pairing and tasting. Ron previously worked at several well-known organizations such as: Dun & Bradstreet, Ernst & Young, and Kellogg & Andelson Accountancy Corporation before coming to Gumbiner Savett in 1997.
