Arnold I. Fram, CPA



Arnold Fram is a certified public accountant and business adviser working in West Los Angeles. He is a counselor to clientele in real estate, manufacturing, import and wholesale distribution, retail and professional services. He also serves a significant clientele in the entertainment industry and high net worth individuals by providing accounting, tax, business management and financial planning services.

Before joining Gumbiner Savett Inc., Arnold ran a well-respected tax and business management practice in Los Angeles for more than 45 years. Arnold is a highly respected practitioner and has extensive knowledge in the fields of estate and trust taxation and administration. He works extensively in the areas of estate and gift planning, post-death planning, estate and trust income and accounting, and estate tax compliance.

Arnold values community involvement and volunteer work. He has contributed his expertise as a leader and member of many organizations throughout his career including the American Jewish Committee, the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council, the Century City Chamber of Commerce, Women in Film, Guardians, Vista Del Mar, and the Holmby-Westwood Property Owners’ Association.

Arnold has two children and five grandchildren and resides in West Los Angeles.


Arnold is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA Estate and Trusts Taxation Committee, and of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
